Spain at the heart of global Floorball: Host of the 3v3 World Championship in 2026
From some of the most vibrant stages in European Floorball, a new international milestone approaches… Spain is gearing up to experience one of the sport’s most thrilling moments in 2026 — a true turning point for Floorball in the country.
The Spanish Association of Unihockey and
Floorball (AEUF) is proud to announce that Spain has officially been
selected as the host nation for the 2026 3v3 Floorball World Championship.
This designation marks a historic achievement for the growth of Floorball in
Spain and signals a major leap in its international visibility.
Following the successful editions in Lahti
(Finland) 2024 and Winterthur (Switzerland) 2025, Spain now takes
the lead in welcoming this fast-paced, inclusive, and dynamic competition
format.
With the slogan “It’s our turn,” Spain
will host national teams from around the globe in an event that brings together
sport, culture, and fair play. Preparations are already underway for next june 2026, and AEUF is
working tirelessly to ensure that this celebration leaves a legacy both on and
off the field.
In addition, a dedicated volunteerrecruitment program has been launched for those looking to play an active role in the event. Sports enthusiasts, organizers, and team players are invited to join this unique experience from the inside.

Registration is now open via the BeVolunteerprogram. An official platform will soon be available where athletes, clubs, volunteers, and institutions can register to join the organizing team.
